Moose Hunts

Moose hunting in this zone has experienced the same wonderful results as the Mule Deer.

Once Again the government biologist implemented a resident’s draw for moose, which has virtually stopped all moose hunting in the area since 1999. Since then, the moose population in our zone has exploded resulting in some excellent trophy quality hunting with a bow or rifle. We offer a 5-day archery Moose hunt in late August – early September that we have had 100% opportunity and a 75% kill success rate in the past few years. In late September- early October we also offer a 5-day rifle hunt during the peak of the rut.
