Mike White is everything you want in an outfitter/guide for black bear over bait. There's not an aspect of this hunt he doesn't have down. He only allows 6 hunters per YEAR for black bear and treats every single one as special clients. As far as bears, his quantity and quality is second to none. I personally saw 19 bear (one an 8 footer) in the 5 days I hunted (took second bear on 5th night and didn't go out 6th night). My hunting partner saw same amount. Between the 2 of us we harvested 3 bears. Both of my bears were cinnamon - one squaring 6'6" the other 6'10" and my partner shot a P&Y black that squared 7"1".

Do you want a great bear hunt then, give this hunt a try.Mike White is a great person along with being a great hunter and guide.He will do what ever it takes for you to get a bear and have a great time.Food is great, ask for the french toast.His people are also great.You won't find a better skinner anywhere.Will pick you up at the airport and the stands are safe and top notch.You will see more bears in the spring than fall, you will see many bears each and every day, all different colors.
